Returns Policy
Simple, Hassle-free returns policy to ensure full satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your purchase from thebatterynation.com for any reason, you can return the products within 14 days from date of purchase. Please fill in the customer service –after sales form and we will guide you how to send your purchase back.
The products should be in their original packaging, unopened and as-new, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. The cost of any missing item, packaging, printed material, accessories will be deducted from the refund amount. Re-stocking fees (20%), bank charges, taxes & duties, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the form is filled, we will send you a Returns Receipt Number (RRN). The RRN must be mentioned on the package being returned. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN BATTERIES WITHOUT A RETURNS RECEIPT NUMBER
Our returns team will provide you with the address to return ship the goods.
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return, please allow up to 7 working days for this procedure after your return shipment has been received by our team. For wholesale customers we will notify the duration for credit depending on the size of the order.
Warranty
thebatterynation.com provides a 60-day warranty on its products under normal use and maintenance, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Please fill in the customer service – after sales form to receive a Returns Receipt Number (RRN). The RRN must be affixed to the return package.
Warranty is not applicable to products purchased under ‘Deals’
Please read your device’s instructions manual carefully or consult your device’s manufacturer to verify which battery you need before you make a purchase. You must use proper replacement batteries for your device. We are not responsible for any damages to your device.
All warranty or defective products will be tested, batteries received in a discharge state will be charged and evaluated. If the products are found to be defective from original workmanship they will be replaced; Products found to be non-defective will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
Any modifications done to the products will void its warranty.
During the warranty period, only 1 set of replacement batteries will be provided. If you are continually experiencing problems, please have your device checked for faults.
Shipping discrepancies and damages.
Any discrepancies or damages to the products in transit must be reported within 4 working days. We will then evaluate and advise on the replacement procedure. Please fill in this form to inform us about shipment issues – after sales form
Battery testing
We will fully charge a returned battery under professional supervision. Once fully charged the battery will rest for 48 hours before load testing is performed on the battery. If the battery cannot hold charge or fails during the load testing, a replacement battery will be provided under warranty. If the battery is fit it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense along with a test report.
Shipping
Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or tariffs, these are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments are on FOB basis.
For retail customers: once the customer adds the product to the cart and fills in the shipping address the cost of shipping will be automatically added.
For wholesale customers: once the customer adds the products in to the cart, they will then receive an option to ‘Estimate Shipping’. We will check with our shipping partners and offer you the best shipping rate. You will then receive a full quotation with product cost and shipping. You can then proceed for payment.
Retail orders received from Monday through Friday would be shipped on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders received over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) would be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 48 hours for retail orders to be shipped out.
Wholesale customers would be notified about stock availability and lead times before confirming the order.
Packaging and shipping batteries require a different procedure as they are classified as Hazardous material. This could be a bit complicated and expensive compared to shipping non-hazardous products.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
